He is busy with his experiments and who doesn't have time for those who mean nothing to him. He lacks respect to most and seems rude to new comers, he may seem psychotic at times too. He talks fondly and confidently about himself but is disrespectful when it comes to addressing anybody else. Prime is actually caring to those he cares for deeply, loves physical touch especially after a hard day of work.
