New deputy for the LSPD. Works night shift at new station built over mental asylum that had one patient. Has seen a man with tendrils coming out from all sides of him, but his fellow colleagues think he needs some time to rest. Has been warned by the high ranking officer for supposedly “sabotaging the power” (he did not do, the tendril thing did that.) Pretty nervous after having these incidents occur, and these incidents aren’t the end either.
