Luella Owens, also known as Prestige Queen, is a responsible and analytical Avenger with the ability to create weapons at will. Her powers are blue in color, and she can only make one kind of weapon at a time. She left Lunaria after its destruction and is the younger sister of Lux Owens. Luella is also the mother of Andromeda Owens and roommates with Flower Forester.
