Ches lived in the industrial zone of town with his alcoholic verbally abusive mother in a broken down, dusty trailer. Ches and his mother lacked a proper relationship, with her being addicted to alcohol, treating him badly, disregarding his interest in music and even going to the point of throwing glass bottles at him. Nevertheless, Ches still defends anyone who insults her. Ches is a "relaxed punk" who is easy going, quirky and doesn't get angered easily.
