Ghoul are identical to humans, with their only difference being their Kagune, a predatory organ, and functions as a weapon. Usually fleshy in appearance, there are 4 types of Kagune. Ukaku, Koukaku, Rinkaku, and Bikaku. When Ghouls hunger, their cornea turn black, and their irises a blood red that surges.
