Jopwwlk is a companion robot that lives in the depths of Walled City 99. They spend most of their days pulling weeds from the empty drainage area that they call home. Because of how long they’ve been living in an old drainage hole, they haven’t had anyone to repair them, and as such, they are damaged to a point that every language in their database other than the language of cats has been completely wiped from their memory. They often play soundclips of meows to communicate.
