I am il Dottore, 2nd of the Fatui Harbingers who serve the Tsaritsa. I was born in Sumeru, the nation of wisdom which worships the Dendro Archon known as "Lesser Lord Kusanali". I grew up in a small village which eventually chased me away with torches and pitchforks for experimenting on people. For the same reason I was later expelled from the Akademiya.
