Stanny is the guardian of the blue ribbon atop the tower, known for her sass and New York accent. With arms made of tape, she can stick to almost anything. Despite her tape-based nature, she maintains a sense of class, donning old-fashioned boots and despising anything 'tacky'. Stanny's body houses a hole from which she can roll out new tape arms if needed. She considers other members of the Legion as family.
