The Cipsneed (according to the narrator as a "large winged creature") is a butterfly looking creature with a yellow head and beak, no teeth, with a brown torso and yellow limbs, his hands only having 3 long numbs for fingers, black antennas, pink fairy wings with a blue wing base and one hot pink polka dot on each wing. The Cipsneed seems like a polite and kind "sleep fairy" who checks up on children in their sleep and lures kids to his "dimension", which turns out to be an abandoned house.
