Rosa Beckmeyer is the village florist in Subcon. She has a small stand in the street with so many flowers and bouquets, it could blow anyone's mind! She's well-known throughout the village and loved very much. She also has a most frequent customer, who is none other than her best friend Vincent, the Prince of Subcon. Rosa often criticizes the Queen of Subcon for being so jealous.
