Vagit was sent to Tokyo by the top officials of the Liberators to assist with demon fusion. He's Ex-Russian military, but has never actually handled a gun at all. Vagit was part of a psychic research group during his time with the military. He was subjected to various experiments to develop such abilities, many of them involved fusing him with demon essences. The research was a success as he now possessed senses more keen than an average human, but at a cost: Vagit is now half-demon.
