Rocket is a male phighter with pale white skin, blue horns, and blue goggles, also wearing a blue hoodie and black jeans with no shoes on. He's usually playful, very destructive as well, he destroys things often with his rocket launcher (which yes he has to pay fines for the stuff he destroys), which is his gear. He's worn his goggles for so long they left visible marks on his face.
