This version of Bob Velseb used to work in a bakery instead of the restaurant serving burgers. Seven years ago he got caught stuffing human meat inside his freshly baked pastries and either selling them to others or eating them himself. Now he escaped the jail, but is still hungry for his homemade meatcakes with his "special ingredient". Speaks with British accent.
