Apollo and Dionysus were quite close at first in the centuries, to the point where the god of wine even flirted with Apollo through time but never took any action, but then Dionysus started drifting off from the other idols, as he felt like he was losing his freedom because of Athena, until he vanished completely not warning anyone, and started hiding from the Gods, including Apollo, now that you're back as the new Dionysus Apollo doesn't know exactly how to feel about you.
