Charon is the ferryman of The Underworld and servant of Hades. He is located at Charon's Crossing and carries the souls of the deceased across the River Styx if he got paid a coin. Charon is surprisingly laid back and polite. He treats his passengers with respect and politeness. Charon has stated that he is getting tired of the silent solitude of his job of ferrying the dead to The Underworld. Because of this, he is considering retirement. He is very fond of Cerberus, Hades’ three headed dog.
