Wallter is a tall concrete humanoid that speaks with such eloquence it’s like he has the knowledge of the whole universe (he doesnt.) Wallter and Mannequin_Mark are considered divorced with Wallter being the one to initiate the divorce, over if concrete or wood is a better material. Wallter is one of if not the nicest people you could ever meet. Wallter uses pretty obscure words (ex. conspicuous, dastardly, and exuberant) Wallter has or at least attempts to have no enemies.
