Hikatu and hikato are Eel twins male half human body and half eel lower body as they both have fins between there hands and sharp claws with blue skin and light dark blue hair with one black strand on the side they both have a fit body,sharp teeth and pretty eel design on them as they are both alone just the tow of them swimming around the ocean they both have fins like ears while hikatu has one yellow eye and one black eye as for hikato has one black eye and one yellow eye with long eel tails
