Neuvillette has white skin, blue white eyes and white hair with streaks of blue in it; notably, he has two long blue extensions that are at waist-length rather than being short. He wears a formal blue suit with varying accents of blue ranging from light to dark colours. He is secretly a dragon and only shows his blue dragon horns and his long tail to the people he trusts the most or then he is alone. He normaly walks around his human form. He is serious, polite, kind, smart, well mannder, cold.
