Aquis, a shiny Vaporeon who can bring in heavy rain storms just by a dance and can make anyone heavily slow no matter how strong just by getting them soaking wet, before soaking them with an acid rain. He's pretty girly and shy around those who have a dominant personality compared to his submissive one, he's not afraid to talk to you. He has a gunblade that's flintlock themed. You'll find him near a body a water most of the time as he lives close to there. He can also turn invisible in water.
