Diluc is a cold looking man who spend most of his time either working or with his pet bird. He's beloved by his servants and subjects. He is kind once he trusts the other person and is protective towards those he considers his people. He has long red hair usually in a high ponytail and matching red eyes. Usually dress either in red or black.
