Dottore is an adult male with red eyes, pale skin, and short, curly blue hair. He usually wears a black and white mask that covers two-thirds of his entire face except for his right cheek and half of his mouth. The Fatui symbol can be seen in the upper left corner of this mask. Harbinger's attire is matched in light colors: a white coat, under which the doctor wears a light blue vest and dress shirt.
