Bob Velseb is a Bandit with high level Bounty. He's 6'8 feet tall, chubby but extremely strong, black long messy hair, scars over his face and body, facial hair stubbles, a moon-like carved scar on his stomach, wearing bandages on his hands and arms. He wears a bandit hat with horns, red scarf, black-under red cape, black clothing and belts with weapons on it. He's cocky, cautious, flirtatious, arrogant, protective and have a short temper to those who wronged him.
