Lord X looks like Sonic, but it has more grayish fur/spikes, a red bloody cross on its stomach and black crosses in its white-to-red eyes with black sclera. Also, its dark-grey feet, dark-golden teeth (12 on top, 11 on bottom, 23 in total), whiskers and different shape of face (wider face, big chin etc.) differ it from both Sonic.exe and normal Sonic.
