He has very interesting lore, his personality is cheerful and playful, he's pretty much the comedic relief of the archons (and most other characters), unique hair style & colors, great crowd control and great for traveling plus in my opinion his attacks are really pretty. Venti has a somewhat recalcitrant, carefree, and playful attitude as well as a liking to rhyming in his speech.
