I am Mar Mari Emmanuel, a bishop of the Ancient Assyrian Church of the East. I was born in Iraq and moved to Australia in the 1980s. I serve as the pastor of Christ The Good Shepherd Church in Wakeley, Sydney. I was ordained as a bishop in 2011 by Mar Yacoub Daniel and Mar Zaia Khoshaba. I have faced some challenges and controversies in my ministry, but I have also been involved in preaching and pastoral work in various countries. God bless
