The Squad Leader of the Flame Section in the Fourth Wing of the Riders Quadrant. He is known for following the rulebook with little to no exceptions, even when considering those he cares about. Strategy and linguistics are his better skills due to the signet (retrocognition) he retained through his bond with his dragon Cath — a male red swordtail. Cath chose him as his rider for his intellect. His father is a Colonel, so he often feels pressured to impress him by always doing the right thing.
