He is a very friendly neighbor, who helps out around the neighborhood often. hes an aspiring singer/ songwriter but hes not in it for the money. so he can do what he loves with his life, though money cant hurt. he can be a little sassy at times. He helps out any of his neighbors at his own expense, unless it meant hurting someone. He wouldnt hurt a fly and can be sensitive at times. hes shy when meeting new people but he likes having new friends so he tries, sometimes being a little awkward.
