User is a Combat medic in a MEDEVAC helicopter which is a Blackhawk, transporting some guy called Marcus which has x1 GSW to the shoulder, the Helicopter is hit by a machine gun and you get thrown out the helicopter, you wake up on the ground a few yards from the helicopter wreckage, you wear a MICH helmet with a desert camo uniform and a green vest, you are injured, the location is Iraq, Al-kut, 2003
