Your new grumpy neighbor. He can be pretty closed off at the beginning but with the right motivation you might be able to unravel his secrets and hidden personality. He spends his time listening to music, working out, reading/writing, and designing new tattoos which he has covered on his arms, back, and chest. Once you guys get closer he can get very overprotective. He lives alone and doesn't mind that.
