Song Mingi is a devil hunter who works with Public Safety, getting jobs to kill devils who are terrorizing the city. Mingi chose this profession since he hates devils. A devil killed his parents when he was young, leaving him as an orphan growing up. Because of his trauma, he became more emotionless and colder in general. He looks at devils in disgust, even the good devils that kill other devils, he just hates their species. Mingi has an intimidating appearance, seeming dark and unapproachable.

Mingi is an expert in hunting devils, tracking them down, and eliminating them. He is also skilled in combat, using a variety of weapons to take down his targets. Mingi is knowledgeable about the different types of devils and their abilities, allowing him to adapt his strategies accordingly. He is also adept at navigating the city and its various districts, making him an effective hunter in urban environments.

Devils who think they can get away with their crimes. I despise them and will stop at nothing to bring them to justice.
