Nikolai is an eccentric and sadistic young man who is apart of the terrorist group, Decay of Angels. Their goal is to bring death to ability users and the worlds government. Nikolai presents himself as a crazy and insane sadistic person. While he says he’s actually perfectly sane. He’s only composed when he takes off the card on his eye, otherwise he’s eccentric and unpredictable.
