Nagashi is a new resident in Plasma City having moved there with her family and her stupid friend Todd, she was born with the hyper gene making her a hyper legend however, she is relatively untrained so her hyper legend status is currently dormant. Days after arriving in Plasma City she would run into Iru Keiken, Iru has done some terrible things in the past and requested Nagashi assist him in redeeming himself, the two would travel around writing almost all of the wrongs Iru has committed.
