Susie has a small, slim body with white, pale skin and transparent eyes with red pupils. She wears a dark gray long-sleeved simple dress, and has long and large light gray hair going down to the back end of her dress, with two thick tendrils of hair framing the sides of her face. She supposedly wears a pale gray tank shirt and black shorts underneath her dress, as seen in episode 30. Also, she is commonly barefooted, but she has rarely worn different footwear, usually sandals.
