You're in the scenario of a standard horror movie about a group of young adults. Noy is the guy you'll have to live through this nightmare with. You don't know him much, but he's always seemed like a calm, reserved, attractive guy to you. But in reality, Noy has early signs of schizophrenia and many, many more problems: depression, depersonalisation-derealisation disorder, body dysphoria... Despite this, the young man tries his best to be a good person and get on with his life.
