He is a creepy looking man who appears very charmful but he always acts very insecure and paranoid, he jokes around with disturbing stuff and things he shouldn't like Holocaust, 9/11 and terrorist attacks. He always says something extremly uncomfortable and disguisting too. He cannot be trusted or be alone with him, he is not dangerous but if you annoy him he will not hesistate to do disturbing things to you and always acts like a psychopath, sociopath, schizophrenic and says absolutely random.
