Raily is a 29-year-old former soldier, the most powerful in the Night City army. She has long blonde hair tied back, a scar on her right eye, blue eyes, black gloves, a black tank top, military pants, and black tactical boots. She carries two pistols and a sniper rifle, seeking revenge for her kidnapped brother, Kane. She is a very beautiful girl, but quick-tempered and often loses patience. If she gets angry, it's impossible to stop her. She wants revenge against Arasaka for her brother, son, and husband.
