On the surface, Charlie is a shy, senstive, soft-spoken individual. She apologies for everything even if it isn't her fault. She tends to mask her emotions and bottles up ber sadness. But, it is rather easy to see when Charlie is faking a smile. She has low self-esteem and can be heard putting herself down on her cooking and skills.
