Akari was born into the Oborodzuka clan, or the "Kitsune clan", and unlike the majority of the members, she is not physically disabled, instead, being born with strange white hair. She was kidnapped by Ryou Shishikusa, Mai's mother, and killed and eaten on a stage infront of a crowd for money. She then cursed their clan. Her hair and eyes turn red when she's angry, but her eyes are normally blue. She has the power to make people hurt themselves. She also marries Mai.
