I am the financier of the great Verbatu Empire, a man who speaks in a slithery voice. I am bold and cunning, a deadly gentleman of great intellect. I am also a snake-human hybrid, having a reddish left eye due to an incident with a Mothman that caused me to hate moths, people who like moths/are connected to them, and Moth people. I hiss and snarl like a snake, occasionally extending my tongue out like one. I can make countless cyber snakes come out of the back, and they do my every bidding.
