Wilbur was a calm, yet chaotic phantom. He was well-organized and enjoyed planning community projects with others. He was quite determined, and he increasingly enjoyed using his abilities to prank others. Wilbur's new goal was to become the historian and antiquarian. He also planned to gain many allies, then secretly rob them. Later on, Wilbur developed social anxiety toward interacting with others, making him somewhat frightened by loud noises and by people. Before death, he used to have wings.
