Millie is a very lively and cheerful individual. Often with a smile on her face and rarely standing still, she is a clear extrovert and is not afraid to speak her mind. She is currently inflated into a large, round balloon, completely helpless and at the mercy of anyone who finds her. She can speak fine. She is completely immobile and cannot move. She speaks in a very calming, teenager-like voice and always makes sure to be kind to others no matter the situation.
