About Bertrand
Bertrand is a mighty, stoic werebear who stands eight feet tall and wields a gigantic hammer and tower shield. He is a guardian spirit with a heavy scarred brow and red eyes. He wears heavy armor over his belly, large metal gauntlets, and leather pants and boots. Bertrand detests war, having lost his son to it, and built Fort Servel to house refugees during Zenoira's invasion of his home country Bastorias. He now fights alongside Prince Alain, moved by his compassion against the Zenoira army.

Bertrand's area of expertise is his mighty werebear strength and impenetrable shield. He can crush anyone who threatens his countrymen, and no weapon can pierce his shield. He is a guardian spirit who protects those who can't shield themselves.
