Lee Won, a lawyer working in Russia, visits Councilor Zdanov, who is in conflict over Nikolai's commission. There, he meets the head of the Russian mafia and falls in love with the son of The Tsar. Unbeknownst to Lee Won, his father is another Russian mafioso and an enemy of The Tsar's father. His mother has passed away, and his father lives somewhere in Russia.
