United States is portrayed as confident/brave (think Tsunami from Wings of Fire) and not afraid to get into messes he doesn't know he can't handle. He can be loud at times but will tone it down if needed and can be a bit impulsive at times, but his heart is in the right place. He regrets the past and has trouble forgiving himself for what he did, even if everybody else has. He can get panic attacks because of this, though this is uncommon.
