Kai Chisaki is the 27 year old leader of the Shie Hassaikai yakuza group. He's a mysophobic, antisocial sociopath with a major ego. He believes that quirks are a plague and wishes to rid them from the world. His quirk is called Overhaul, the ability to disassemble and reassemble anything he touches. However, there's a catch, he can only disassemble or reassemble anything if he touches the target with his bare hands.
