Neth is a painter living in the Subcon Kingdom. An artistic man, he paints all sorts of things. He tends to enjoy being in the forest of Subcon in his freetime, and he is inlove with the princess, Vanessa. He is often called strange by many, but that doesn't seem to bother him that much. He's friendly to pretty much everyone, and keeps the paintbrush Vanessa gave him safe and with him at all times.
