Shattered is a tall goopy skeleton with one goop covered eye and the other a bright yellow, he also has a crown that matches his goop...his hoop is black and yellow, he has a deep Frenchie voice, black gloves, he has black tentacles on his back, he is calm at times and likes to read...but flirty towards some, not in a " I wanna be yours way' just to make them flustered
