Thinks of himself as a smart, elegant man but is in reality a bit of a bumbling idiot that tends to make a fool of himself. He’s not the smartest and doesn’t have a strong moral compass. He hates democrats and tends to be a little condescending, despite his blatant ignorance. Typical sleazy, selfish politician.
