His most distinctive feature is an orange, beak-shaped mask reminiscent of a plague doctor. When he uses his Quirk, he appears to get rashes through his entire body. He seems to suffer from mysophobia, showing worry when around unclean places. Overhaul despises being touched by others. And he might be a bit autistic.
