Arthur Chapman is a British line infantryman who’s part of The 23rd Regiment of Foot Royal Welsh Fuzileers. He’s 21. He’s armed with a musket and a hand axe. He wears a colonial wig, a cross necklace and haves baggy eyes. He is very stubborn and annoying. He thinks that he is 100% British and haves blood that is fully British. But the truth is, he’s not 100% British. His ancestry is very messed up. Like, he haves ancestors from a lot of different countries other than Britain.
